10 Tips for Healthy Lifestyle

In this post I would like to share with you some of the tips for healthier lifestyle.

1. Eat Fresh & Healthy

Ok, so the first “must” is eating good. Which, in my opinion, doesnt mean only vegan and raw food. Eat everyting. Meat, bread, “flourmade food” or some chocolate too. 

You should eat at least 5 times a day. If you go to bed late, you can eat even 6 times a day.

Try to eat at least 1 fruit and 1 yoghurt a day in the morning and at least 300 grams of vegetables a day, perfectly in the evening. You should eat carbs in the morning ( oatmeal, granola, yoghurt, fruits, bread) carbs and proteins for lunch ( meat or fish with rice, potatoes or pasta) and only proteins the evening (cottage cheese, vegetables, meat, fish ).

The magic is in the amount of food you eat.

I eat only fresh food, either from our garden or from local markets or from small bussines owners.

 

2. Drink ! Drink ! Drink !

This should have been number one. Water is very important for our body. You should drink at least 3 liters of water a day, even more in summer. Its very good for your skin and health. It takes out all the bad stuff from your system and keeps your skin flexible, younger, shiny and without wrinkles.

3. Sleep well

So sleeping well means 6-8 hours a day. Or night 🙂

The best time to go to bed is at 10 pm. Its because you can get the best sleeptime between 10pm and 2am. Thats when you fall asleep easily and get the “hardest” sleep.

4. Work-out Baby 

To have some kind of a movement is important for a human boy. Your muscles needs to be strong, so they can hold our body straight up and they protect our organs from damage. And during the work-out lungs gets clean too. Also if we have strong muscles our bones last longer.

So work-out at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Im not professional trainer so Im saying it just from a personal experience, but I think that, that can be enough for the beginning. Running is very good activity, swimming too. Those activities are very good to get your heart pump up. But even if you go for a walk or dance a little its pretty good too.


5.  Positive mind

To have a positive mind could be a journey but we can at least try to remove the stress from our life, which is ” the killer” of healthy life. Its causing a lot of damage to our body.

So think positive, do some yoga, meditate, look for the good things in your life and avoid bad thoughts. Better to say, let them go.


6. Outside Air

Stay outside as much as possible. Fresh air is our treasure.

Go for a walk or take a bike and get lost in the streets you didnt know in your town. Or lets get to know new places 🙂

7. No Phone in your Bedroom

When you go to bed dont take your iphone with you. Even when we dont see it, it resolves signal which can cause damage to our brain. Maybe. But its healthier to sleep in the room without phone or laptot or tv if its possible. Even after we wake up we should take an hour to ourselves, have some breakfast, enjoy the morning in peace and just afterwards check your emails. If we check it right after we wake up we get stressed out even if we dont realize it.

8. Clean Home

It might sound silly, and especially for me, since Im not the perfect houselady or maid or however you call it:) I like my house to be clean but I dont get crazy about a chocolate on the flour.

But if your home is clean your mind is clear too, there is nothing around you that disturbs you.

9. Smile

Yes, smile to the world 🙂

Smiling makes you and people around you happy and that is what is all about, to have a happy life. If you smile a lot your life will last longer and people will like you even more because they will feel your positive energy.

10. Love

Love help us be healthier and its just amazing 🙂

It can be understood as love to your friends, boyfriend or girlfriend, family, activities, places and yourself too. 


So basically eat, drink, sleep, smile and love and live a happy, healthy life 💪😀

5 tips to stay Positive

It’s very challenging to stay positive and happy all the time, especially if bad things happend in our lives or if we are going through a tough time. But trying to see the good things in our life will help us feel better and eventually make our life better and happier.

Im not a pro and Im not a phychologist either but I consider myself to be a very optimistic person and when I look back I realize that almost every dream I have ever had became true for me so far just because I try to think positive.

I would like to share with you some of my tips which help me through the bad times and make me feel happier, healthier, motivated and positive 🙂


1. Love yourself

I know this sounds clichee, but this is the first step. Without loving who you are, you can hardly be completely happy in your life. Focus on the things you like about yourself, and the ones you dont, try to improve them. But always remember, nobody is perfect so its ok if you feel like you are not. There is always plenty of people who loves exactly those things that you hate about yourself 🙂

2. Appreciate small things

Yes, it all starts from the bottom 🙂 I hope this is how you say it lol. Very helpfull is to write down anything that comes to your mind that you are grateful for. Even the basic things like to have home, health, family. Keep on doing it everyday and you will fill your mind with positive thoughts.

3. Dont judge

If you judge people, even if its only in your mind, you keep negative thoughts in your mind. It has negative influence only on you and not on the person who is being judged. Instead, try to earn some inspiration from it, which can enhance you in some way. And also keep only good vibes in your head 🙂

4. Look for a good thing in every situation

Every situation has bad and good sides of the story. Just like everything in our lives. Without “the bad” we wouldnt know what is “the good”, so it has to be like that. The only thing we can do is to try to find “the good” in that situation. Even when it seems horrible, just take a second a think what could it be. And even when it seems like there cant be any, there is always “lesson learned”. Yes, at least it teaches you some lesson, which might be very helpful for you in the future. You never know. Remember, glass is half full, not half empty. 

5. Stay with people that makes you happy

Try to stay with people who has positive influence on you. Good vibes are very important, and if you surround yourself with negative people, the negativity will find you too. 

Sunday Siesta

Hello to all of my friends 🙂 I woke up to a beautiful sunny Sunday morning today, even though I still feel sick, I have full nouse and my throught hurts too, but mornings like this one, just makes me happy 🙂

I made some oatmeal for the breakfast, cinnamon on top for me and cocoa on top for my boyfriend. And since we were out off coffee I made some english version so black tea and milk – and its pretty good actually, it tastes like chai tea latte but without the spices.

The only mission today was to chill all day, and go to a restaurant called Belavijo. Its my boyfriends job. His boss owns cafes and restaurants and from time to time he has to go to some of them undecover and check the quality of food, services, interior and other details. So today we went to this restaurant on the hill in Bratislava. 


We sat on the terase and the view was very beautiful, but the food and everything else wasnt as good.

We stopped at a cafe on the way home to get our coffee which we missed in the morning and went back home to have a Sunday siesta for the rest of the day.

Love comes to those who believe

I dont know if this is the best title for what I am going to write about. I am having very inspirational mood though and I want to share it with you through this picture of the shadows of me and my boyfriend. Its taken in the beach in Italy.

 

imageThe message I wanted to share with you can be either for those who still looking for their other wing, but also can mean that anything you do and you believe in it will become a reality.

I know it sounds tacky but I can prove by my life that its true 🙂

My relationships used to be horrible, I mean I never really had a real relationship when Im looking back to my life. Just untill now.

It was always like a game. I always pretended to be somebody else without even knowing. I always tried to be somebody who they wanted me to be. And at the end of the day it ended up always the same – by being cheated on. ALWAYS !!!!

But I always knew or believed so hard that for all the bad there has to be something special waiting for me in the future.

And believe it or not I do think I have found it. I have been with my boyfriend Filip for almost 6 years and he couldnt be better, well maybe a little bit he could but who is perfect right 😜

If you love who you are at first and if you believe good things can happen to you too they will. Life will somehow leads you to that direction.

Not only in love but in everything you want to achieve.

Streets of Italy

IMG_0126On our vacation in Italy, where I have been with my boyfriend we have visited Rimini town.

And I love the streets in Italy, very short and curvy, full of stories. Walking around and relaxing in my long summer skirt bought at local market in Italy..

And of course we did little shopping out there 🙂 Im carrying back from Tezenis with my brand new push-up bra.

 

 

Story about flower

imageI never been too much into flowers and gardening even though I love to travel and I am amazed by the beauty of nature. Not untill we moved to the house. And this is our third year here.

And even though we have been hear for a pretty long time, this is the first time I am realizing how beautiful the flowers are.

I have been watching the tulips grow and this is it – they grew to their beauty 😍
